CDC Dogs and Students had a great showing at the ACDCC/ Paws in the Pasture Herding Trials. There were so many great runs at all levels and I am so proud of how amazing all of the handlers and dogs are progressing. My very own Slick kicked off his trialing career with a bang winning a High in Trial, Reserve High in Trial, his CKC Herding Advanced Sheep title, 3 Qualifiers in AHBA Level 3 as well as the High Combined Advanced Dog of the weekend! There are many things to keep working on but I am so pleased at how our first weekend out went. I am really looking forward to the next trial.
Next Monday is the start of our CDC summer mini trials and I can’t wait to watch all of the dogs running through the Stockdog Sheep course. Check back for more Details!
